Application Procedure

(1)Corroded parts and attached dirt shall be wiped away by jet cleaning and wet sand.

Pillar Coat No.1
(2) Pillar Coat shall be sprayed so that the foundation is covered. (1mm in thickness)

Pillar Coat No.2
(3) Pillar Coat shall be painted 2mm in thickness smoothly with an ironing board.

Algae-proof Line Guard
(4) Line Guard shall be painted 1-1.5mm in thickness smoothly with an ironing board.

Sea Guard Application Procedure

Application Procedure (1) in case of acrylic board and FRP

New procedure: Grease shall be removed from the surface of the acrylic board and the FRP board.
Re-painting: Floating parts and dirt of the old sprayed surface shall be removed with a sander.

After the treatment of the surface by the new procedure and re-painting, Sea Guard shall be directly painted twice.

Application Procedure (2) in case of stainless steel and steel board

New procedure: The surface of the stainless steel board shall be made into rough by the use of a sander. The rust of steel board shall be removed completely by a sander.
Re-painting: Floating parts and rust of the old sprayed surface shall be removed by a sander.

After the surface treatment of both the stainless steel board and steel board, the exclusive plymer is painted for the foundation, and after that, Sea Guard is painted twice.
*drying time: 24 hours (usable)
